Before Your Event

• Find parent volunteers! We need parents to drive to and from the event. Drivers can choose if
  they will volunteer during the event or not. We need one adult volunteer per 4 players. Adult
  volunteers can include coaches.
• Have parent volunteers sign up below. Text a picture of this sign-up sheet to Alicia Henderson @
  612-237-4553. Alicia will register all players, coaches and parent volunteers prior to the event.
• Decide as a team if you will meet at the high school to coordinate rides or make other
  arrangements.

During Your Event

• Arrive at FMSC 15 minutes early
• Wear closed-toe shoes
• No jewelry may be worn
• Leave personal property at home or in vehicle
• If you choose to wear a mask, no neck gators or masks with vents or holes.

COVID Policies:

• If you are experiencing any COVID symptoms or have been exposed, please stay home.
• Masks are optional for all volunteers and staff.
• All volunteers will go through a verbal screening for symptoms.
