WELCOME & Introductions (Kristi)
Coach Updates (Jackie)
• LNVB alum sweatshirts are ready for pickup
• Leadership meeting in June have averaged 20-25 girls/mo
o March: Talked about process over outcome
o Spend a lot of time connecting with those who attend and is going well
• Jackie has observed the girls at practice, at a tourney, etc. and has had a lot of fun watching
o Spring break time is a tough one to navigate because of girls coming from diff. schools and it can be a moment where from a coach figure out how to break through, polish a skill, push through a challenge, keep trusting the process, etc.
• Ball girl program continues to grow and gain interest as it becomes a formal program. Jackie working closely with the Youth Coord. on this
• Angie McCloud had created an email address specifically for the Finance Director but is it of interest to create emails for specific roles: “LNVB_______@__”?
o There is interest in having the Directors have their own email addresses to start.
o Does our website allow for an email with @PantherVolleyball.com (or whatever our webhost is)?
• Jim Knutson Booster Treasurer has officially retired and Kelly Grim is the new all sports Booster Treasurer.
Budget (Darik)
• Reviewed
Apparel Update and Timelines (Janna)
• Spring Fan Store coming
• Have reached out to the appropriate varsity players with look books and some options
• Discussed Beach Volleyball shirts; proposing same logo but different color pallet
• Matt to send Janna the updated Grass Tourney logo, horizontal would be preferred
• Requested look books for the Spring shop and reached out to Arcon. Only used Midwest in the fall last year and not both to help reduce mix-ups.
• The Youth and Juniors should be included for the Spring shop.
• Should we consider replacing the worn arm sleeves? Yes, they should be replenished and accounted for financially.
• Backpacks are included for all new players; add’l can be purchased if needed
Sponsorship Updates/Progress (Kristi for Lebens)
• Lebens Advisory Group wants to commit to a three-year sponsorship for the Grass Volleyball Tourney!
• Reviewed list of current and potential sponsors and the list of sponsors are growing!
• Discussed opportunities for food trucks at the grass volleyball tourney but are going to consider moving this opportunity to the Youth Night or another event
POP Progress/Updates (Jill)
• Flyer Update
• Matt updated the flyers and is asking that they be posted in as many businesses in downtown Lakeville or anywhere in Lakeville as possible
• Silent Auction, Raffle, Raffle Volunteers
• Discussed having a committee going to ask for donations from businesses (3-4 ppl)? Starting now. Looking for help from parents in looking for items for raffle and silent auction and to prepare baskets for the grass volleyball tournament – guided by the Grass Committee. An email communication will be sent out to see who may be interested.
• There is a tax form that can be provided to businesses available if needed

• Las Tortillas, Waffle Bar have committed so far

• Message sent a couple weeks ago to the DJ

• We have two banners. Looking to maybe add directional signage along the road and asking for input on if anything could/should change or add.
• Sponsorship Banner
• Will be revamped due to the new corporate sponsor.

• Still need to find a coordinator for this role
UST Team Camp Registration (Kristi/Jackie)
• Deadlines March 31/April 7
• For returning Varsity/JV players – emails went out to those families
• LN will partner with Roseville for the UST Team Camp; looking for 16-18 players to attend and could possibly reach out to those beyond JV in the event of lower interest
Banquet Date/Location Confirmation (Brian)
• All confirmed for the banquet to be at Brackett’s; Sunday, November 16, 2025 (TBD)
FMSC Confirmation (Emily)
• August 18th: 7:15p – 8:45p
• Expand the Service Coordinator role to not just be for FMSC but all potential opportunities
Spring/Summer (Jackie)
• Spring
o Spring info meeting 4/24; 6p-7p will cover everything summer and a bit for tryouts
o 7/29/25 Virtual PAC meeting and everything will be covered at that
• Summer
o Youth Camp already has 21 registered for this so far (looked at as a connection point from high schoolers to the youth). Jackie has secured all the camp coaches (high school players) for that week already! (7/21-7/24)
o High School Camp goal is to have a new lead coach and theme every year. (7/28-7/31)
o ETS: Begins on 6/16 and will run for six weeks with the weeks of 7/4 and the HS camps off. 6:45-8:15, Mo-Th. Jackie wants to return to movement training for the athletes.
Waiting to hear back on when registration will open for that
• Are there other opportunities for the VB players to volunteer somewhere over the summer and get more engaged with the community? Bring a treat if it is somewhere where it engages with others; be present in the community! Have a parent be open to helping to coordinate something like this?
