Coach Welcome and Updates (Jackie) (A.Swenson attended a recent signing day, Mike will continue tradition of making this a special moment for the student athlete. Parent of a graduated senior suggested Threads & Inks create and the Booster keep LN Alumni. Will begin this with this past years Senior Class. Incorporate into the upcoming banquets. Boosters to fund this. Shakopee HC left, no replacement yet. Wiz Bachmann to donate $ to fund the trophies/shirts for Milan Mader Tourney – unsure if this is annual or not. DJ Hillier is a mental performance coach from Lakeville, Jackie is very interested in something to help support the mental health of the athletes and will provide more info to the Booster Club and will bring forth the proposal as well.

Youth Team Coord. position has more opportunity to grow and work closely with Jackie. Suggested finding a parent that can help find someone that can continue year-round connection between off season programs. Jackie suggested a Youth Ball Girl Program – Players could sign-up, possibly non-players could sign-up, provide a tshirt Panther VB Ball Girl, partner them with a Varsity player. Pre & post season pizza party with ball girls and the program. (Kristi has some info from St. Thomas)

Communication/Website Director (Matt)

• Welcome and Updates (Prepping and updating the calendar, a lot of dates are still TBD). If anyone has an idea of a communication to come out, please run it past Jackie first for approval to create a consistent approach and message. Jackie – Is it beneficial to send a message out that says “we have a website” (link); Here’s the coach’s (link); here’s the teams (link). In the footer of every email include a link. This to be added to future communications sent out. Let Matt know if the user experience could/should change? Looking at analytics the calendar seems to be the #1 thing people look at.

Sponsorship Welcome and Updates (Steve/Sara)

• Suggestions for the 2025 LNHSVB Sponsorship Program Looking to make a stronger connection between the local Lakeville businesses and the program. Getting the owners of the businesses more engaged, along with increased recognition and involvement. Steve asked about boundaries for asking for sponsorships? (Jackie) there are not any between other programs beyond staying as local as we can. Maybe look into businesses that the girls like to frequent as a potential sponsor.

• Pan-O-Prog Beach Tournament Beach Tourney is7/13/25 – Jackie to begin getting those flyers ready and begin thinking about early bird registration. Will need a sponsor for this Tournament prior to making flyers (ideally). Steve to begin sponsorship for this. A separate document/flyer was created for the Beach Tourney.

• FMSC Confirmation Date is confirmed: August 18, 2025 (7:00p – 8:45p) with pizza get together before.

• Chipotle/B52 Fundraiser Dates Chipotle – Do we want to do a shoe drive again? If we do, market it to more than just our families. Last year was Tuesday, the week after FMSC. Tentative Chipotle 8/25/25. B52 was on 10/14/24 so look at 10/13/25?
