Welcome & Introductions
Working with girls to have a theme established very soon
Parent night has been rescheduled to August 27th (Minnetonka) (Game schedule change)
Finance Update
- Reviewed
Sponsorship
- Those that have committed have submitted payments or payment is on the way of those that have supported in the past
- Next step is to talk to “new” potential supporters
- Discussed the thank you part of sponsorships
Cookies & Conversation
- Tomorrow morning! Excited to partner with two local Nursing/Assisted Living homes.
- Discussed future opportunities to help
- Adding a third nursing/assisted living home was requested
Grass Tourney
- Have Matt resend the volunteer signup from Mail Chimp
- Have a new DJ this year! Need to find out if a generator is going to be needed or not.
- Signs –
- Matt ordered new banners but have not arrived yet
- Other signed has been ordered and delivered
- All four vendors have been confirmed
- Make sure order is put in with the school to borrow the tables, chairs, tents, sign boards, etc.
- Spikeball / Bags Tourney – Need to determine a volunteer for this and will need four boards
- Continuing to add items to the raffle and silent auction (update to be resent to everyone)
- Logo/sponsors shirts have all been designed
- Next meeting we’ll discuss Boosters Club involvement
- HS girls is full at 20 teams, 3 on waitlist
- Community A: 3 teams (typically fill up last minute)
- Community B: 7 teams (typically fill up last minute)
- HS Boys: 3 teams (ideally would have six)
- Youth: 5 teams (elementary age)
Summer Commitment Updates

- Ahead of pace on registrations compared to last year

- Will need supervisors for each day (8/4, 8/5, 8/6, 8/7)

- Schedule day to have senior girls get photos taken to get a jump start on the banners that would be hung in the gym

- Can’t schedule B52 until one month out
- Chipotle is scheduled
- Good Samaritan’s Feet on as scheduled (8/25/25 4p – 8p)
Apparel
- Varsity has all their stuff and picked the colors/theme
- She made some more requests on colors
- The girls have picked out the design for the shirts for the camps
