We’re thrilled to unveil the theme for the upcoming season: “Our Choice.” 🐾 This powerful motto, thoughtfully selected by the returning varsity players and seniors, will guide every level of the Lakeville North Volleyball program at all levels.

In their own words:

“The theme ‘Our choice’ means that success is built on shared decisions and accountability. It emphasizes that every outcome, wins or losses, comes from the effort, attitude, and commitment the team chooses together. Instead of leaving things to chance, the team intentionally decides to work hard, support each other, and stay united. It’s a reminder that their culture, energy, and results are all in their control because greatness is their choice.”

Why “Our Choice” Matters

• Unity through decision: This theme reminds us that whether at Varsity or on the 9th grade teams, we are all making choices together—choices that reflect our collective spirit.
• Ownership & accountability: Outcomes—be it a win, loss, learning moment, or growth—are driven by our shared effort, mind‑set, and commitment.
• Intentional excellence: No detail is left to chance. From warm‑ups to last‑point rallies, our energy and culture are our choice to create.

With this theme in mind, we’re gearing up for a season filled with purposeful teamwork, intentional effort, and all‑in support. Expect to see “Our Choice” reminders throughout the season, on posters in the gym, in huddles, and echoing in our cheers.
