•  JV & B-Squad did well in Rochester

Vote: Donation to Logan of LNPanthers Live – Unanimous yes

Parent Appreciation Night Recap

• Overall, went well
• Pictures went very well
• Vouchers went much smoother also

Fan Appreciation Night Recap

•  Root Beer float night went awesome
• A huge hit

Chipotle / Samaritans Feet

• Bad turnout at Chipotle this year compared to years last
• Suggestion was to have team dinners at/from Chipotle
• Sam. Feet: This year was highest yet!
  • Girls weren’t too thrilled about sitting out
  • Moving forward suggestion was made to move it to one of the game nights?
  • Maybe swap years (coats/hats one year, shoes the next)
• Other options to consider in upcoming years were discussed

9A Tourney (9/6) (AND B-Squad – 9/13)

• Concessions – Ready to go
• Volunteers – Looking good for most tourney’s already
• Financials – Ready to go
• Results – Ready to go
• Signage – Ready to go

Youth Night (9/16)

• Poster signing after the game
• Spin the Wheel game
• Bean Bag Toss
• Plinko
• Raffle
• Guessing Jar
• Prizes – Discussed last year and options for this year
• Cutouts – Ready next week and will get dropped off at the elementary/middle schools

Boys HOCO Tourney (9/15)

• Night before the Youth Night

Teacher Appreciation Night (9/23)

• Vouchers
• All players to invite a teacher, only Varsity players will get pics and will happen on the court

Sponsorship Appreciation Night (10/1)

• Have two chairs purchased for sponsors to sit in
• Poster distribution went very well with the players
• Sponsors enjoyed meeting the coach
• ADD IN FIRST RESPONDERS NIGHT?

Apparel

• Coaches things are completed
• JV Jerseys should be completed tomorrow; hoping to pick them up and drop off before the team leaves for the game
• HOCO shirts are needed next week, should be ready
• End of this week/next week for first order of Spirit Wear to be received
• Will begin thinking about what may be needed for State (usually by end of Sept. for apparel options)
