• Purpose & Objective of the Booster Club
  • Purpose:  Promote the sport of girl’s volleyball for the student athletes of LNHS
  • Objective:  Support the long term growth of the volley program and ensure the students have the proper training, equipment and facilities to learn & compete
  • Important to have the coaches & parents working together and to have consistency year over year
  • We heavily rely on volunteers
  • You will always feel welcomed & accepted
  • Lots of cooperation & support, brainstorming, problem solving & contributing as a group
  • Good foundation laid on every role, and good documentation for each spot
  • Room to be flexible & creative

  • President with 7 Directors
    • President – present and as many events as possible; umbrella to support, guidance, oversight & oversight – primary contact w/coaches
    • Vice President – present and as many events as possible; support, guidance, oversight & oversight
    • Comms – communication point between coaches & comms director
    • Special Events – present and as many events as possible; support, guidance, oversight & oversight
    • Finance – All payments, reimbursements,
    • Volunteer – Working with Parents & Players to keep our events strong
    • Concessions – buying, selling, organizing, setting prices, etc
• Roles/Responsibilities
  • We try to split up the big things and provide support so a select few doesn’t have to do everything
  • Added Hospitality Coordinator at each location for Bachman
  • Added Shadow positions a couple of years ago for Junior & Senior parents
  • Will not be offering the Juniors tournament at North for 2023 (), as it was cost-prohibitive

  • 2/9, 3/9, 4/13, 5/11, 6/8 – 6:30-8p Room N211
  • July/Aug usually at someone’s house (school is typically not open after 5p)
  • Everyone is welcome at every meeting, but there is no pressure to attend if the agenda doesn’t pertain to your role

  • Open to everyone, don’t have to be in volleyball

  • We believe this has had an immeasurable impact on our program

  • Boosters set an example, good to show up and be a mentor for a younger player/parent

  • Eagan & Champlin in our Bachman this year!
  • ETS is being confirmed, but looks like we will be the early birds again   (6:45a start this year); begins June 12^th – M/T/Th
  • No obligation week over July 4th, ETS may still be offered and those that are around are encouraged to go
  • Pan-O-Prog
    • No Antler’s this year…it is being revamped
    • Possibly hosted at Casperson, but TBD
    • July 16^th (a week later than usual)
  • Panther Youth Camp (tentative dates, but 99% sure)
    • 7/17-720 Grades K-7 @ LNHS
    • Look to upper level players to help with this

    • 7/24-7/27 Grades 8-12 @ LNHS
    • Typically bring in a college coach for this
    • Hopeful we will get a D1 coach this year, still confirming
