What has volleyball taught you?

Volleyball has taught me to push myself in everything I do, whether that’s everyday tasks, or school. It’s also taught me how to communicate openly with my peers, and people in positions of power.

What are your goals for your Senior Year?

To continue to excel in school while also spending lots of time with friends and family, as I’m going to be 1,255 miles away from them all next year!

Abigail Wherland when she does her impressions.

Northern Lights, DECA, ETS, spending time at my cabin

What have your coaches taught you?

My coaches have taught me so many life lessons. I’ve learned that it’s ok to make mistakes, and how to learn from them. They have also taught me how to consistently better myself everyday.

How would your family or close friends describe you?

Outgoing, busy, hardworking, energetic, lighthearted, funny maybe??

What are some things you feel you can’t live without?

Cortibalm Chapstick, my cat Rex, Netflix

Do you have any superstitions?

Nope superstitions are just a mindset.

Do you have any favorite sports teams or athletes?

The USA Volleyball Womens National Team and Suni Lee from USA Gymnastics

What is one thing you would put on your “bucket” list?

Skydiving!!

Best memory from LVNVB?

Beating South in the section finals in 2019 to go to State my first year at North!!

Don’t be afraid to fail.
